Govt decides to establish cybercrime wing for Ehsaas programme


ISLAMABAD: The federal authorities have determined to establish a cybercrime wing for Ehsaas programme with a purpose to tighten nostril across the impersonators pretending to be marketers of the programme and deceiving human beings, ARY News suggested. 


Special Assistant to PM on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Dr Sania Nishtar stated that the flow has been taken to protest hundreds from the frauds being accomplished under the call of the Ehasaas programme.


The SAPM said that her ministry is receiving information approximately scams with the people by some impersonators pretending to be marketers via fake messages and different manner.


Those worried within the fraud may be dealt with an iron hand, she vowed.


Dr Nishtar brought that cybercrime wing would be established on the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) office.

Earlier on August 30, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar had announced the extension in the cut-off date for receiving the payments underneath Ehsaas Emergency Cash till September 15.


Taking to Twitter, Sania Nishtar had stated the relatives of the deceased and the beneficiaries facing bio-metric verification problems could be able to get hold of their due bills up to fifteen days after the final date (September 15)
